She liked using the finger paint, but once she started waving the fingers around, the paint was put away. She painted both of her pumpkins and sometime this week we will have to start carving our big one. I doubt she is going to like digging out all the pumpkin guts, but it should make for some funny pictures.
We have a busy week ahead of us. I get to do ND testing at school all week. How fun! We have a Halloween kids party on Tuesday and a church one on Wednesday. There is also another party on Thursday night at my school. She is going to be a Care Bear for Halloween and she LOVES her costume. She was walking around the house wearing it today, too. It is super cute on her and I found it at Once Upon a Child for only $10. She has already gotten 10 dollars use out of it and it's not even Halloween yet. Sioux hockey is finally in town this weekend and we are hoping to go on Friday night. Saturday is Sioux football and Eric's parents will be here for that. Sunday is Halloween and bam....back to Monday. It will make for a busy week, but it should be really fun for Mackenzie!
I also added a picture of Mackenzie eating her tomato soup. She loves it so much that she picks up the bowl the whole time she is eating it. What a ham!
Loving that tomato soup
Not really sure what to think of the paint on her hands
She wanted to paint the bottom of the pumpkins,
but then got upset when it would stick to the paper.
Had to add this one. This is one of her favorite things to do right now. She loves to sit right behind me and play away. She is pretty gentle, but sometimes we have to call it quits!
Have a wonderful week and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
